Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Commerce Modules services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Commerce Modules provides custom Medusa.js architecture development, pre-built integrations, and related services for e-commerce platforms. Our services include:

  • Custom Medusa.js store development
  • Pre-built commerce modules and integrations
  • Consulting and strategy services
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

Use License

Upon full payment for our services, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered code and services. You receive full code ownership for custom-built solutions as specified in your service agreement.

Service Agreements

Specific terms for custom development projects will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work. These agreements will include:

  • Project scope and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and pricing
  • Support and maintenance terms
  • Intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Custom development projects are billed as flat-fee engagements
  • Payment schedules are defined in the statement of work
  • All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we provide services "as is" and make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commerce Modules shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes business information, technical specifications, and project details.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
