Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes business information, technical specifications, and project details.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
